Senior GTM Systems Analyst

Remote - US

About the Job:

We’re looking for a Senior GTM Systems Analyst to be a cornerstone of the systems and processes that power LaunchDarkly’s revenue engine. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

You’ll join our GTM Data & Technology team, part of the GTM organization. The team builds and maintains the infrastructure that powers the entire GTM process, including CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement platforms. By ensuring these systems are integrated, efficient, and user-friendly, the team empowers GTM teams to work together seamlessly to reduce friction, improve data accuracy, and  data-driven decision-making.

You’ll work closely with GTM Operations leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement solutions that solve complex business problems with precision and scale. If you’re someone who takes ownership, drives outcomes, and is a bar-raiser on systems quality, this role is for you.

Why This Role Matters:

  • High Impact: You will directly influence our growth trajectory by building and supporting the systems that enable faster, smarter GTM execution
  • Technical Depth: Work across Salesforce, automation platforms, and a modern GTM tech stack to build solutions that scale
  • Strategic Influence: Partner with GTM leadership to define solution requirements and shape how LaunchDarkly operates commercially
  • Career Growth: Join a growing team at a high-growth B2B company with significant upward trajectory

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and integrate GTM systems aligned with business objectives and architectural best practices. Own projects end-to-end from discovery to deployment.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve complex, cross-system issues that require deep evaluation of multiple factors, including data integrity, process gaps, and platform limitations.
  • Strategic Optimization: Proactively identify and execute opportunities to automate and optimize GTM workflows across the full tech stack, driving measurable efficiency gains.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner extensively with GTM leadership, GTM Operations, and other cross-functional teams to define success outcomes and scalable system requirements that drive revenue.
  • Guidance & Enablement: Provide technical direction and mentorship to other analysts and GTM stakeholders on system configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Data Quality & Integrity: Maintain and improve data models, data quality standards, and enrichment strategies to ensure fast, reliable access to GTM information that drives decisions.

About You:

You are a strategic problem solver who brings both technical depth and consultative instincts to every challenge. You’re fluent in GTM tooling but equally comfortable sitting with business stakeholders from leadership to individual contributors to translate needs into scalable systems. You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks, and you hold yourself to a high bar.

You move fast and iterate, applying an 80/20 mindset to meaningfully improve our systems without waiting for perfection. You believe fundamentals matter: clean data, reliable integrations, and well-documented processes are the foundation for everything else. You thrive in collaborative, remote environments and know how to influence without authority. You stay curious, embrace feedback, and are always looking for ways to level up yourself and those around you.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in a GTM Systems, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations role
  • Advanced, hands-on Salesforce experience with administrator-level skills; Salesforce Admin certification required
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex solutions including Salesforce Flow, custom objects, and workflow automations
  • Proven track record managing system implementation projects from discovery through deployment, independently and cross-functionally
  • Strong understanding of GTM data models, data quality management, and basic data manipulation within CRM and adjacent systems
  • Experienced using AI for GTM use cases, including AI tools (research agents, conversational intelligence), API integration, and prompt/context engineering
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing automation platforms such as Clay, Zapier, Gong, Outreach, or similar tools
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment with exposure to sales cycles, funnel optimization, and revenue operations
  • Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and present solutions with a clear point of view

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent hands-on development experience
  • Experience with GTM tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, n8n, Zapier, Cloudingo, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with SQL or scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) for data manipulation and analysis
  • Background in feature flagging, developer tools, or PLG (product-led growth) motions
  • Experience guiding or mentoring junior analysts or administrators

About LaunchDarkly:

Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.

The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:

  • Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
  • Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
  • Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
  • Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
  • Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
