🔍 Are you skilled in…?

• Conceptualizing and developing game mechanics, features, and systems
• Writing and maintaining detailed design documentation (e.g., GDDs)
• Balancing progression, difficulty, and core gameplay loops
• Collaborating with developers and artists to bring game ideas to life
• Prototyping and iterating on design ideas
• Written and verbal English communication
• Problem-solving and teamwork

 

💡 Do you have experience with…?

• Game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
• Gameplay and level design fundamentals
• Player psychology and engagement strategies
• Playtesting and collecting user feedback
• Game design tools and workflows

 

➕ Bonus points for:

• Experience with narrative design or storytelling
• Familiarity with analytics and player metrics
• Background in VR/AR game experiences
• Previous work in mobile, console, or PC development
• Knowledge of game scripting or visual scripting tools
