• Designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and architecture
• Leading the development of scalable and maintainable test frameworks
• Mentoring QA teams and reviewing automated and manual test plans
• Recommending and integrating best-fit testing tools and technologies
• Ensuring quality alignment within agile development processes
• Written and verbal English communication
• Problem-solving and teamwork

 

💡 Do you have experience with…?

• Test automation scripting in languages like Python or Java
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Version control systems and QA documentation tools

 

➕ Bonus points for:

• Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent automation frameworks
• Load and performance testing strategies
• Test data management and synthetic data generation
• Hands-on work in DevOps/QAOps environments
• Experience leading enterprise-level QA initiatives
