🌐 Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30 to 16.30 PST
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the primary administrator for Microsoft Teams, ensuring reliable and secure collaboration across the entire organization.
- Implement and enforce Teams governance policies (naming conventions, lifecycle management, security, compliance) to strengthen structure and security.
- Configure and manage Teams-related settings, permissions, and integrations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot issues and monitor performance using Teams Admin Center, analytics tools, and PowerShell automation.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to define best practices, support adoption, and ensure seamless user experience.
✅ What You Need to Succeed
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience as a Microsoft Teams Administrator/Engineer in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive).
- Hands-on experience with Teams governance, compliance policies, and security controls.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and system administration at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-haves
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700 Managing Microsoft Teams, SC-300).
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Knowledge of Teams Voice/Phone System.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory administration.
