🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and optimize reports and dashboards to track KPIs across teams.
• Manage user permissions, roles, and data access within HubSpot.
• Configure and maintain workflows, sequences, and automation to streamline business processes.
• Support data integrity through deduplication, data cleansing, and field management.
• Assist with form, landing page, and campaign configuration for Marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and support integrations with other systems (e.g. Netsuite).
• Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct audits, and make recommendations for optimization.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

✅ What You Need to Succeed

Must-haves

• 2+ years of HubSpot CRM administration experience (Marketing, Sales, or Service Hubs).
• Strong understanding of HubSpot data structure, properties, workflows, and permissions.
• Experience managing HubSpot dashboards, reports, and custom objects.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication in English (Advanced).
• LATAM-based, available to collaborate with teams across US time zones.

Nice-to-haves

• Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or information systems, or equivalent experience.
• HubSpot Certification(s) (e.g., HubSpot CRM Implementation, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub).
• Experience with data cleansing, segmentation, and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with HubSpot integrations and API connections (e.g., Zapier, custom apps).
• Experience in a SaaS or technology organization is a plus.
