Senior Growth Marketing Manager
The Role
Are you a strategic and creative marketer who loves turning ideas into action? Lawmatics is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead content-driven demand generation and collaborate cross-departmentally to develop and execute campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
This is a hands-on, results-focused role where you’ll lead our growth-focused marketing efforts — owning the strategy and execution of sales campaigns, content, webinars, and email programs that drive pipeline and revenue — while acting as a key partner to our Sales team. From developing compelling content ideas to building the supporting materials and driving execution, you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to make a measurable impact. This position is Hybrid based in La Jolla, California working in-office Monday - Wednesday, and remotely Thursday & Friday.
What You'll Do:
Lead Growth-Focused Campaign Strategy
- Own the demand generation strategy, driving MQL and SQL growth through original content, sales-led campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and webinars.
- Develop creative content ideas (e-books, playbooks, email sequences, sales one-pagers, etc.) that support all stages of the buyer journey.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to build full-funnel campaigns that support prospecting, nurturing, and closing efforts.
- Orchestrate content strategy and distribution across digital and offline channels, ensuring the right assets are leveraged in the right places to drive awareness and conversions.
- Leverage SEO and content performance data to refine messaging and expand reach.
- Guide the strategy and optimization of multi-channel campaigns to drive measurable pipeline growth and consistent brand messaging.
Webinars & Event Marketing
- Own and manage the webinar program — from topic selection and speaker coordination to promotion and follow-up nurturing.
- Track webinar performance metrics like registration rates, attendance, and post-event conversion.
- Support trade show efforts by developing relevant themes, messaging, and collateral tailored to each event’s focus and audience, ensuring a compelling and cohesive on-site presence.
Sales Collaboration & Campaign Development
- Partner directly with Sales to identify content gaps and create tailored assets that support outbound and inbound efforts.
- Launch and manage sales enablement campaigns, including outreach templates, collateral, and email nurtures.
- Act as the primary marketing partner for Sales initiatives, ensuring swift and high-quality execution.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Conduct A/B tests and iterate based on campaign results and revenue impact.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on content marketing and campaign development
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills — you know how to create content that resonates and converts
- Experience partnering with Sales to develop outbound campaigns and sales enablement materials
- Familiarity with webinar platforms, lead nurturing workflows, and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Zoom)
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for experimentation, iteration, and results
- Ability to take ideas from concept to execution with minimal oversight
- Strong experimentation mindset — you’re comfortable testing hypotheses, measuring results, and iterating quickly
San Diego pay range
$120,000 - $150,000 USD
