We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Practice Manager to join our clinic team in Toronto (Lawrence Avenue Dental Clinic). In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and support a high-performing team to deliver excellent patient care. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring smooth clinic operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Note: Previous Dental or Orthodontic Practice Management experience is required to qualify for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations: Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and inventory management

  • Team Leadership: Manage front desk staff, provide training, and ensure top-tier customer service

  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement office policies to enhance efficiency and productivity

  • Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff to optimize scheduling and treatment plans

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory protocols, infection control, and patient confidentiality

  • Patient Relations: Address inquiries, complaints, and billing concerns in a professional and timely manner

  • Marketing Support: Assist in efforts to attract and retain patients


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Dental Practice Management or a related field

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in dental software and office management systems

  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and regulatory requirements
