ABOUT THE ROLE
LayerZero builds infrastructure so any asset, application, or company can use crypto rails at internet scale. We’re reinventing how value moves online by solving for interoperability amongst blockchains – a problem we believe the world will value in trillions.
We’re looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to own our most important relationships and transform them into market-shaping campaigns, case studies, and educational programs that drive adoption, influence, and mindshare for LayerZero.
You will be the internal champion and external megaphone for our partners, architecting go-to-market rollouts that turn technical integrations into category-defining stories and executing from end-to-end to ensure those stories are told so well they become the reference point in the industry and beyond.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead and Grow Strategic Partner Relationships
- Serve as the primary marketing lead for our top partners, from globally recognizable brands like PayPal to leading DeFi protocols like Ondo, building trust and aligning on joint growth objectives. We work with asset issuers, applications and enterprises to leverage all the blockchains as if they were one network.
- Understand our products and customers deeply to create narratives that resonate first with our partners themselves, and by extension, our shared audiences in and outside our ecosystem.
Own Partner GTM Campaigns from Ideation to Execution
- Architect, manage, launch, ane execute co-marketing programs across social, events, newsletters, and thought leadership channels. You should come with your own ideas on what proactive campaigns we can do with partners to help them tell their own stories.
- Translate technical integrations into clear, compelling value propositions for multiple audiences across channels. This involves writing copy, working with design for diagrams, and more.
Create Industry-Defining Content
- Produce case studies, op-eds, sale enablement material, and educational materials that make our partners, and by extension LayerZero, the authority in interoperability.
- Use writing as power transfer technology to equip partners, founders, investors, and developers with the right stories to influence their markets. You should be opinionated about the future of money technology, and understand how the people pushing this forward are shaping the future.
Be Obsessed with Data
- Use both industry and marketing data to find interesting insights, ask compelling questions and ultimately measure impact. Our top partners can come in many forms, and we need people who are excited about finding and telling the story of their successes backed up by real usage.
ABOUT YOU
- 7-10 years of experience in partner, ecosystem, or product marketing with a focus on crypto, fintech, or SaaS strongly preferred.
- Proven track record managing strategic relationships and delivering high-impact, multi-channel GTM campaigns.
- Exceptional writing skills, able to understand and articulate complex, technical topics compelling and credible to diverse audiences (often by extension our partners marketing teams, PR contractors, and communities)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to bring structure to ambiguity.
- Comfortable operating in a high-performance, high-speed environment where “better is better.”
- Deep conviction in the crypto ecosystem and the people shaping it.
