Job Overview
The Senior Product Designer shapes the functional user experience of Lazarus AI products. Equal parts systems thinker and creative storyteller, you thrive on developing designs for cutting-edge AI solutions that make a real impact in the world. You will also have the opportunity to develop high‑impact marketing campaigns, presentations, and visuals, ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive, intuitive, and unmistakably Lazarus.
Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end products—from wireframes through polished UI—ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency with our design system.
- Create visual assets for campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and events that communicate complex AI concepts with clarity and emotional resonance.
- Maintain and devolve a cross‑functional design system that serves both product and marketing teams, documenting guidelines and facilitating adoption.
- Partner daily with product managers, engineers, and leadership to translate strategic objectives into design solutions, balancing speed and craft.
- Leverage user research, analytics, and A/B testing to iterate on designs and validate assumptions.
- Champion design thinking and visual excellence across the company, presenting work to stakeholders and defending rationale with data and narrative.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience designing digital products and marketing collateral in fast‑paced tech environments.
- Expert proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with a portfolio demonstrating shipped products and high‑impact visual assets.
- Strong understanding of UX best practices, typography, color theory, motion, and layout, coupled with a systems mindset for scalable component libraries.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and the constraints of modern web technologies.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in B2B SaaS or AI‑driven products.
- Motion design or video editing chops for micro‑interactions and promo content.
- Familiarity with brand strategy, copywriting, or art direction.
- Comfort running user testing sessions and synthesizing insights into actionable design improvements.
