About the team:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Events to join our dynamic marketing team. This team is responsible for brand building and development, driving new pipeline, and community engagement through innovative marketing initiatives, campaigns and events.

About the role:

As the Senior Marketing Manager you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic community programs, campaigns and events. This role requires a strategic marketer to architect and execute a comprehensive community-building strategy to foster engagement with healthcare leaders.

You will support the marketing team and the broader organization through a wide array of marketing activities such as campaign development, leading strategic large-scale events, managing creative execution, content strategy, email marketing campaigns and more. Responsible for leading these marketing programs end-to-end you will be involved in all stages from ideation & strategy to execution and optimization. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to bring these programs and events to life.

This high-visibility role demands a strategic marketing professional capable of translating vision into actionable plans and delivering measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives with a focus on driving brand awareness and pipeline growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic brand and community engagement programs aligned with company objectives and KPIs.
  • Define and manage the positioning and key messaging for community programs, events and campaigns, ensuring consistent communication across all channels.
  • Work in collaboration with our Thought Leadership Director to ensure the content strategy of our programs and events aligns with the overarching strategy and positioning of our programs. 
  • Develop & implement promotional marketing campaigns across email, digital channels, direct mail and more, collaborating with necessary internal teams (Sales, Growth Marketing, Customer Strategy, etc.)
  • Lead end-to-end project management for programs, ensuring all timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met, and proactively address any potential roadblocks.
  • Manage budget development, including ongoing budget management and performance forecasts
  • Communicate and manage speaker and SME relations.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations that communicate data-driven results and strategic insights.
  • Manage and mentor a Campaign Manager in the execution of community programs, events and campaigns.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure successful execution.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in campaign & brand development and events in the B2B space
  • Healthcare experience (nice to have)
  • Experience working in SaaS or PaaS (nice to have)
  • People management experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
  • Excellent brand and creative acumen, with the ability to conceptualize creative vision into actionable tactics. 
  • Solid business background and financial acumen, able to develop business cases with a strong customer-centric focus backed up by data
  • Experience in project management and executing cross-functional campaigns and large-scale events.
  • Proven ability to execute with precision and deliver measurable results.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and self-directed work ethic.
  • Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Data-driven with the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all Canadian locations. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range specific to your skills and experience during the hiring process.

$104,100 - $156,100 CAD
