Join our team as a Project Manager Co-op and gain hands-on experience in leading and supporting critical initiatives. You'll learn the fundamentals of project lifecycle management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced technology environment. Participate in project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This co-op is your chance to build a strong foundation in a rapidly growing field.
What You'll Work On:
- Learning about and contributing to software program delivery
- Assisting in tracking project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and facilitating issue resolution.
- Supporting the planning and execution of projects, including defining scope and managing dependencies.
- Facilitating team communication and organizing key meetings (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Creating and maintaining project documentation and reports.
Technologies and Tools You'll Encounter:
- Project Management Software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet)
- Collaboration Tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace)
- AI Tools (NotebookLLM, Gemini, Otter and more)
Your Experience So Far May Include:
- Exposure to project-based work in academic or professional settings.
- Experience in organizing teams or events.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and solve problems.
- Previous co-op, internship, or leadership experience.
Security-related Responsibilities:
- Compliance with Information Security Policies
- Compliance with League’s secure coding practice
- Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures
- Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations
Please note: This is an in-person position in Toronto. You must be enrolled in post-secondary education to be eligible for this position.
