
Marketing Operations Manager - 1 Year Contract

Position Summary:
The Marketing Operations Manager will serve as a critical partner to our Demand Generation, Growth, Sales, and RevOps teams. This role focuses on ensuring that our marketing tech stack is optimized, our data is clean and actionable, and our campaigns can run efficiently at scale. You will own the end-to-end marketing operations ecosystem, enabling high-performance demand generation and League’s account-based marketing (ABM) approach through strong data foundations, scalable campaign execution, and robust reporting for pipeline, attribution, and optimization.
This role will be responsible for operationalizing ABM across systems by supporting account segmentation, buying group management, and account-level engagement measurement in close partnership with Demand Generation, Sales, and RevOps.
This is a hands-on, execution-oriented contract role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
What you'll do:
Marketing Technology & Automation
- Administer and optimize League’s marketing technology stack:
Salesforce, Pardot, Demandbase, Qualified, and Adobe Bizible - Build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows, scoring models, and segmentation frameworks in Pardot.
- Ensure proper lead routing, enrichment, and data sync between marketing and sales systems.
- Manage integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and partner with IT and RevOps as needed.
Analytics, Reporting and Attribution
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Manage multi-touch attribution modeling through Adobe Bizible, ensuring accurate campaign tagging and tracking.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.
Data Quality & Governance
- Establish and enforce data hygiene best practices across marketing and sales systems.
- Support database maintenance, deduplication, and enrichment processes.
- Own compliance processes for GDPR, CASL, TCPA, and general subscription & opt-in governance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Rev Operations, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and SDR/BDR teams to ensure alignment across funnel stages.
- Enable Sales and BDR teams with tools (e.g., Qualified) and ensure seamless handoff processes.
- Support quarterly planning and forecasting by providing data-driven insights and accurate multi-touch reporting.

What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Salesforce (SFDC) CRM
- Pardot / Account Engagement
- Demandbase ABM platform
- Qualified conversational intelligence
- Adobe Bizible (multi-touch attribution)
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, funnel stages, scoring, routing, and data flow between marketing and sales systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions.
- Experience supporting integrated campaigns and ABM programs.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in enterprise healthcare, digital health, or B2B technology.
- Familiarity with additional tools such as Outreach, Clay, Leandata and Sendoso.
- Salesforce Administrator or Pardot Specialist certifications.
- Experience working cross-functionally with SDR/BDR teams and Sales Operations.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all Canadian locations. The salary range is intentional to account for the performance and career progressions a Leaguer will experience in the role throughout their time at League. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience. $93,000 - $110,000 CAD

Work Location:
We have a mix of office-centric roles based in our vibrant Toronto office, and remote-eligible roles based anywhere in Canada or US. Each job posting will indicate where the role will be based. Regardless of the role’s posted location, all Toronto-area Leaguers (living within 65 km of our downtown HQ) collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday. Depending on your distance to the office, you’ll enjoy 10 or 20 Flexible Remote Days each quarter for focus and deep-work time.
