Are you a curious, ambitious marketing student who wants to go beyond theory and actually run campaigns? League is looking for a Marketing Co-op to join our demand generation team and get hands-on with the tools, tactics, and data that drive real pipeline. You'll work directly alongside experienced growth and campaign marketers, creative, product marketing, and sales – executing campaigns across email, social, website, webinars, and events, and seeing the direct impact of your work. This is your opportunity to build a foundation in modern B2B growth marketing from the inside.
In this role, you will:
- Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, social, webinars, events, and the website – getting hands-on with our marketing tech stack from day one.
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns: from planning and setup through launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
- Assist in coordinating webinars and events, including promotional strategy, logistics support, and post-event performance reporting.
- Build and maintain campaign performance reports, tracking key metrics and surfacing insights that inform what we do next.
- Develop creative briefs for campaigns across channels, ensuring work is on-brand and set up for success when handed off to creative partners.
- Partner closely with the broader marketing team, creative, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaigns are well-coordinated and aligned to business goals.
- Explore and experiment with AI-powered marketing tools to find smarter ways to execute and report on campaigns.
- Learn what good demand generation looks like in a fast-scaling B2B company – with mentorship from people who do this every day.
About you:
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once.
- Strong communicator – you can translate ideas clearly in writing and in conversation.
- Eager to dig into data and understand why something performed the way it did.
- Proactive and curious – you don't wait to be told what to do next.
- Some exposure to digital marketing, marketing tools, or analytics is a plus, but not required – we'll teach you what you need to know. Our marketing tech stack includes: Pardot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Qualified, Google Analytics, Wordpress
- Interest in AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and how they're shaping modern marketing is a bonus.
Security-Related Responsibilities
- Ensure access management is performed in compliance with the employee's role and responsibilities
- Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures within the department/ team
- Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations

Please note: This is an in-office position at our Toronto HQ from Monday to Thursday and Fridays are work-from-home. We really value fostering in-person connection and collaboration which is especially advantageous as learning opportunity for a Co-op student.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all Canadian locations. The salary range is intentional to account for the performance and career progressions a Leaguer will experience in the role throughout their time at League. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range specific to your skills and experience during the hiring process.

Work Location:
We have a mix of office-centric roles based in our vibrant Toronto office, and remote-eligible roles based anywhere in Canada or US. Each job posting will indicate where the role will be based. Regardless of the role’s posted location, all Toronto-area Leaguers (living within 65 km of our downtown HQ) collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday. Depending on your distance to the office, you’ll enjoy 10 or 20 Flexible Remote Days each quarter for focus and deep-work time.
