Senior Product Enablement Specialist - Instructional Design (f/m/d)
As a Senior Product Enablement Specialist (Instructional Design) in the SAP LeanIX & Signavio Product Enablement Team, you are responsible for the development of learning assets that help increase the adoption of SAP LeanIX – internally and externally for customers and partners. You actively contribute to the overall enablement strategy with a strong focus on scalable learning and delivery of trainings, instructional design, and innovative learning formats.
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
• Responsibility for the management and evolvement of SAP LeanIX product learning content
• Collaborate on end-to-end learning journeys for customers, employees, and partners with colleagues from within the team, partner management, and the broader SAP Learning
organization
• Create highly engaging learning content for our SAP LeanIX learning platforms
• Play a crucial role in bringing SAP LeanIX product learning to the next level by contributing in the ideation and execution of innovative approaches to learning (product- /tool-led enablement, gamification, AI and VR etc.)
• Work together with product experts from all levels to co-create excellent learning courses in an agile and efficient way
• As a learning enthusiast, you will also be part of the migration to a new Learning Management System (LMS)
• Mentoring of junior colleagues to support them in excellent learning content delivery
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Tech and learning enthusiast with min. of 5 years of experience in instructional design and creation of learning content for software-/IT-related topics
• Experience in managing complex learning projects and setting up of KPIs to monitor success
• Very good video editing and learning module creation skills, including development of storyboards, scripts and exam questions
• Strong in visualizing and designing instructional graphics & content
• Experience with managing Learning Management Systems and using analytics to improve learning content for the target audiences
• Personality with passion about creating next-level learning experiences
• Motivated new team member with a ‘founder’s mindset’: Once you know what the mission and goals are, you are able to take ownership and drive projects
• Excellent English language skills
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Management is a plus
