Junior Product Enablement Specialist - SAP Signavio (f/m/d)

As a Junior Product Enablement Specialist in the SAP LeanIX & Signavio Product Enablement Team, your primary objective is to support enablement activities with a strong focus on best practice-usage of SAP Signavio and its interplay with SAP LeanIX and other tools that support customers’ business transformation initiatives. You will be involved in the creation of scalable knowledge and enablement assets to increase high adoption of our products across customers, partners, employees.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
• Support the creation and delivery of knowledge assets and trainings that help customers, partners, and employees use SAP Signavio in a best-practice way for value-driven business transformations
• Apply and evolve your knowledge in the field of business process management to drive thought leadership and become an expert
• Collaborate across teams and products on improving our approach for business transformation together with enterprise architecture management (SAP LeanIX), solution implementation (SAP Cloud ALM) and digital adoption (WalkMe)
• Support the documentation of and enablement on use cases like process excellence in procurement
• Take responsibility for the coordination of virtual, hybrid and in-person hands-on sessions and trainings for broader audiences
• Become a trainer yourself and a source of inspiration for new enablement formats leveraging innovative technologies like AI, VR, automations for scaling our enablement
• Be an active leader to help evolve methodological guidance on how to use SAP Signavio in the context of business transformation, and inform product improvements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Degree in business economics, business informatics or related field
• First experience with business process management methodology
• Ideally first hands-on experience with SAP Signavio or another business process management tool
• Good understanding of key customer processes (e.g. P2P, O2C, etc.) and their typical improvement potentials
• Strong communication skills and ability to describe and demonstrate complex methodological interdependencies and tools in an easy-to-understand way
• Tech-savvy personality that is able to adapt new tools in a fast and self-sufficient way
• Strong organizational skills making sure all details are covered to release new content and organize enablement sessions smoothly
