We’re looking for a seasoned full-cycle recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex hiring challenges, and knows how to find, engage, and close top talent. Here are some ways you’ll make an impact:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a range of technical and non-technical roles—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team goals and craft tailored recruiting strategies
- Build trust with stakeholders by advising on market trends, pipeline health, and hiring best practices
- Promote a culture of hiring excellence by coaching managers and holding teams accountable to strong hiring practices
- Enable your hiring managers to make confident hiring decisions
- Champion a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and share recruiting metrics and insights to continuously improve outcomes and velocity
- Collaborate with other Talent team members to refine processes and enhance our tools and systems so we can hire better and faster
- Drive strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds and foster inclusion in every stage of hiring
Are you our Senior Recruiter?
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or startup environment
- Demonstrated success filling complex or specialized roles across various functions and levels
- Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach to sourcing and closing top talent
- Strong data fluency—you use metrics to drive decisions and show impact
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to come up with effective recruiting strategies for both technical and non-technical roles
- Clear, proactive communicator with a collaborative working style
- Proficiency with tools like Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar
- Passion for building strong teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Experience working with US based teams or companies with a global footprint
- Comfortable adjusting working hours when needed to collaborate with hiring teams or candidates in Europe and North America

This role is eligible for hire in India.
We are a virtual-first company and have employees dispersed throughout the United States, Canada, India, Israel, Germany, and the Netherlands. We have a market-based pay structure that varies by location. The base pay for this position is dependent on multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed. You may also be eligible to participate in our bonus program and may be offered benefits, and other types of compensation.
