Position Summary
We have an immediate opening for a Program Manager in our Scheduling department to run our college and career readiness operation. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of college and career readiness programs designed to improve student outcomes and drive post-secondary success. You will lead a small team of professionals to ensure students are properly prepared for life after high school and our schools are compliant with all associated regulations.
To be successful, you'll need to balance strategy and tactics. We seek a strategic leader who can both design and implement technology-driven, efficient processes. You will develop the people around you by rolling up your sleeves and doing some of the work yourself. We need someone who can think broadly about college and career readiness, build scalable systems, give and receive constructive feedback with a good attitude, and hold a team accountable to high standards. If you enjoy developing strategies and then empowering others to implement those strategies while you work beside them we're probably a great fit.
Job Duties
- Serve all stakeholders with integrity, humility, and joy while consistently modeling the importance of both task competency and relationships;
- Participate in Company events, activities, and meetings with a smile and an infectious, great attitude;
- Design, document, and implement our college and career readiness program, ensuring compliance with all company requirements and consistent execution;
- Personally master and remain knowledgeable of college and career readiness requirements across multiple states, post-secondary planning practices, college admissions processes, and NCAA processes and eligibility requirements;
- Hire, train, supervise, and develop a small team of college and career professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and student-centered service;
- Establish and enforce quality standards, ensuring all students are meeting the course, assessment, and pathway objectives to comply with post-secondary requirements;
- Support student post-secondary applications by submitting school-provided information, drafting letters of recommendation, and providing information to students about the application process for colleges, vocational and trade programs, military options, and direct entry into various careers all within required timelines;
- Proactively communicate with students and families via phone calls, emails, texts, and webinars to provide important information and build strong, lasting relationships;
- Personally engage with staff and families in escalated situations involving students, families, post-secondary institutions, and partner organizations;
- Monitor progress and drive improvement in critical metrics, including but not limited to graduation rates, completion rates, post-secondary enrollment rates, school college and career readiness indicators, team member success rates, and student retention;
- Create, implement, and improve standard operating procedures, workflows, process maps, tools, scripts, and training resources to drive high-quality outcomes and compliance with company standards; and
- All other duties as assigned.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Strict attention to detail with the ability to discern patterns from multiple sets of data;
- Laser-focused process improvement and efficiency skills;
- Mastery of the systems, processes, and positions involved in effective student scheduling to achieve graduation and the minimum requirements for post-secondary advancement;
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy, entrepreneurial, team environment while juggling multiple tasks and priorities; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Minimum of three (3) years of related professional experience;
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience counseling or advising high-school age students;
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with student information systems, customer relationship management systems (Salesforce), state educational reporting systems, or a relevant combination thereof;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Asana preferred;
- Private, distraction-free, professional remote work environment with high-speed internet; and
- Ability to pass required background checks.
Base Pay Range
$55,000 - $65,000 USD
