Position Summary
We have an immediate opening for a Student Enrollment Advisor. In this role, you will provide the highest levels of service and support to both current and potential customers. Our Advisors handle each engagement in a personalized and caring way, providing an exceptional experience for every family in every situation.
As a Student Advisor, you’ll receive inbound calls, texts, emails, tickets, and requests for information from current and prospective students and families. It’s your job to help families learn about our schools and decide to enroll with us. You’ll make outbound calls to families that have requested information about our schools. You’ll educate those prospective students and parents, and help them complete the enrollment process accurately and on time.
To be successful, you’ll need to be detail-oriented and initiative-taking. We need a broad thinker who can make suggestions, take constructive feedback with a good attitude and without pushback, and then go out and personally execute with diligence. If you like high-energy sales environments helping families make good educational decisions, we’re probably a good fit.
This position is a full-time, work-from-home position requiring scheduling flexibility. The team coverage extends from early morning into late evening including weekends so schedules could include evenings and weekends.
Job Duties
- Serve all stakeholders with integrity, humility, and joy while consistently modeling the importance of both task competency and relationships;
- Participate in Company events, activities, and meetings with a smile and an infectious, great attitude;
- Ensure each interaction with every customer is handled with the highest level of ownership, customer service, and quality;
- Demonstrate care for each customer by being courteous and always maintaining a positive attitude;
- Enthusiastically explain the benefits of our programs while speaking with families who are interested in enrolling with us;
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators including conversion rates, quality assurance standards, and productivity goals;
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand the needs of our students and their families while answering inbound calls from families with questions about their online school;
- Patiently guide families through our enrollment process by answering questions, assisting in the application itself, and ensuring timely completion while hitting daily productivity, quality, and enrollment goals;
- Serve customers well when they reach out to us asking questions or requesting support;
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of each interaction; and
- All other duties as assigned.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to consistently lead and serve others with humility, kindness, empathy and joy;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong sales skills including persistence;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, team environment and juggle multiple tasks;
- Able to establish rapport, gain commitment, and provide a high level of support to potential customers;
- Achieve daily performance metrics including but not limited to making 80 or more calls per day while meeting call quality standards; and
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience required;
- Minimum of one (1) year of education experience preferred;
- Strong experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Asana preferred;
- Experience with Salesforce preferred;
- Private, distraction-free, professional remote work environment with high-speed internet;
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends;
- Fluency in Spanish preferred; and
- Ability to pass required background checks.
Base Pay Range
$18 - $21 USD
