The Role

Join the Client Success team at LearnLux and help deliver a world-class experience for our global clients and members. Our Client Success team is responsible for successfully onboarding clients, delivering on various engagement tactics and ensuring success for the client and their members. Ultimately, our goal is to retain and grow all client accounts.
 
This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of employer clients, building strong relationships with HR and Benefits leaders. They will guide clients through the implementation process, collaborate on communication and success plans, and promote the LearnLux program to employees.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in client success or account management, ideally within the employee benefits space and with global client exposure. They are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
 
Their ability to build trust, drive engagement, and support long-term success will make them an essential part of the LearnLux team. This role is 100% remote within the US and reports to the Director of Client Success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and onboarding, for both US and global clients, including the setup of each client’s custom financial wellbeing portal, coordination of benefits content, and delivery of a seamless launch experience. Work in partnership with Engineering and Operations.
  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients, helping them define Success Plans and Communication Strategies that align with their organizational goals and support employee engagement.
  • Support ongoing engagement and adoption by building and executing tailored communication campaigns, delivering webinars, and promoting the program across diverse employee populations, including shift workers and global teams.
  • Analyze and present impact during regular progress meetings by measuring success, identifying opportunities, and sharing creative, localized strategies to help global clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Financial Planning to ensure client needs are met and feedback is shared.
  • Manage renewals and identify growth opportunities, working closely with Leadership to support client retention and global account expansion.
  • Support onsite and virtual engagement efforts, including benefits fairs, tabling events, and live program rollouts, occasionally requiring travel.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Client Success or Account Management, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Proven experience in the employee benefits industry with a strong understanding of benefit programs, policies, and best practices (this is a must-have)
  • Success managing global client relationships, with an understanding of regional benefits, cultural nuances, and communication strategies across international markets
  • Exceptional account management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading complex initiatives and meeting deadlines across multiple workstreams
  • Advanced reporting and data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort translating data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint/Google Slides skills, with the ability to create polished, client-ready presentations

The pay range for this role is listed below. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor.

Salary Range

$85,000 - $120,000 USD
