About Role

As a Sr. Talent Operations Manager, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of recruiting with a strong focus on process excellence, systems optimization, and strategic coordination. While sourcing and hiring top talent will still be at the heart of this role, you’ll also own the operations behind it — from ATS management and reporting to defining SLAs, building recruiting workflows, and shaping a consistent, inclusive interview experience across the company.

This role is a unique opportunity to help build the team that’s bringing financial wellbeing to millions of people around the world. As we scale, your work will directly influence who joins us, how we grow, and how we reflect our values in every hire we make. You’ll play a key role in shaping a talent function that not only supports our ambitious goals, but also ensures every new team member is set up to thrive and contribute to our mission from day one.

You’ll work cross-functionally with hiring managers, finance, and leadership to align on headcount planning, hiring priorities, and process improvements. If you’re excited to build at the intersection of purpose, process, and people — this is that kind of role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates across teams, including Engineering, Product, Operations, Client Support, and Marketing
  • Optimize and manage the ATS (e.g., Greenhouse), ensuring accurate tracking, automation, and usability
  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements and ensure clarity and accountability
  • Develop and standardize recruiting workflows, SLAs, and interview best practices across departments
  • Analyze hiring data and deliver strategic insights, reporting regularly to finance and leadership on funnel performance and time-to-fill
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth handoff from recruiting to onboarding, including preboarding logistics, systems access, and manager readiness
  • Support headcount planning and ensure alignment between hiring goals, budget, and execution
  • Lead interview training and foster a culture of structured, inclusive, and effective interviewing
  • Champion process improvements and hiring calibration efforts to ensure consistency and fairness across candidate experiences
  • Shape and promote our employer brand through engaging candidate touchpoints, storytelling, and outreach
  • Stay current on industry benchmarks, market compensation trends, and best-in-class hiring practices in SaaS

What You Should Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech company
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment operations, including ATS management, reporting, and process design
  • Strong ability to connect recruiting efforts to broader business objectives — including budget, headcount plans, and growth strategy
  • Proven track record of filling high-growth technical and GTM roles
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse (or similar) and ability to drive adoption, automation, and optimization
  • Deep data expertise — including pulling reports, analyzing funnel performance, and identifying process gaps
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, leadership, and candidates
  • Experience gathering and incorporating feedback from candidates and interviewers to improve onboarding, hiring processes, and enablement materials
  • A collaborative, systems-oriented mindset with a passion for building process and driving operational excellence
  • Experience leading interview training, DEI hiring initiatives, or talent brand projects
  • Bonus: Experience and network in the benefits space

BENEFITS:

  • Remote-first company structure
  • Medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k)
  • Mental wellbeing (Talkspace)
  • Financial wellbeing (LearnLux)
  • Equity (Full-time employees)
  • Flexible time off policy
  • Paid sabbatical after 5 years of service
  • A supportive, inclusive team culture
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and growth at a fast-growing startup at the cutting edge intersection of financial wellness and technology
