The Role

As LearnLux’s Revenue Operations Lead, you will serve as a strategic partner to our Sales leadership and be responsible for building and optimizing our revenue engine. This hands-on role owns our core GTM systems, processes, and reporting. You’ll lead forecasting, pipeline planning, CRM optimization, and revenue analytics, while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success.

You will be a critical contributor to how we scale revenue operations in a high-growth, B2B2C, enterprise-focused environment. This role is ideal for a data-driven RevOps professional who thrives in ownership, systems thinking, and hands-on execution.

This role is 100% remote within the US and reports to the Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales pipeline reporting and forecasting in partnership with Sales leadership
  • Maintain and evolve revenue reporting infrastructure, including dashboards in BI tools like Metabase
  • Own HubSpot CRM administration and optimization, including user workflows, integrations, and reporting
  • Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Support Sales and Marketing with lead lifecycle tracking and campaign effectiveness reporting
  • Collaborate on go-to-market (GTM) planning and process improvements to support scaling revenue operations
  • Design and document scalable workflows, processes, and systems to support enterprise sales motions
  • Partner cross-functionally to support revenue attribution, planning, and operational insights
  • Contribute to sales compensation modeling and territory planning as needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related experience in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM administration and configuration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to turn data into insights and actions
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Familiarity with forecasting, pipeline management, and sales planning methodologies
  • Strong process orientation with a passion for continuous improvement

Nice to have

  • Experience in the benefit or wellness industry
  • Experience supporting enterprise or large-market B2B sales teams
  • Understanding of marketing operations, lead scoring, or ABM tools
  • Exposure to compensation planning, quota setting, and/or territory design
  • Experience in a B2B2C business model or employer benefits industry
