Implementation Consultant
At LearnUpon, we’re seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our team. This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days per week from our office in Philadelphia.

As an Implementation Consultant at LearnUpon your purpose is to discover and evaluate your customers’ use case for LearnUpon, assess and aid in calibrating their success metrics for launch and, using this information, develop and implement an implementation plan to meet their needs. You play a vital role in training clients on LearnUpon as well as guiding them through how to build the workflows they need to implement.
Customers think of you as a valuable resource they can rely on to help them get the most out of LearnUpon. They trust you to help them make good decisions as they configure our software and gear up for launching LearnUpon. You identify and explain any process changes our clients might incur as part of moving onto a new system and listen and gather their product feedback.
As an Implementation Consultant you hold a rotating book of clients. Prioritizing your work within your book of business according to the clients’ plans and needs.Your purpose is to help customers thrive. You'll also record any business objectives and areas to aid in future expansion and development of accounts.
What will I be doing?
- Help define their use case(s) during introductions
- Define and set requirements for launch
- Develop, customize and guide customers through an implementation plan
- Train and act as a valued resource to administrators on best practices and workflows
- Assist and work collaboratively with Support to process migrations or integrations required by my customers
- Ensure adequate testing has been completed by customers prior to launch

What is the Hiring Process?
Applicants for the position can expect the following hiring process:
- Qualified applicants will be invited to schedule a 30-minute call.
- Successful candidates will then be invited to a series of practical interviews.
- Finally, candidates will have a short interview with Leadership.
- Successful candidates will be contacted with an offer to join our team.
