Implementation Consultant
At LearnUpon, we’re seeking an Implementation consultant to join our team. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from LearnUpon's Dublin office.

As an Implementation Consultant at LearnUpon my purpose is to discover and evaluate my customers’ use case for LearnUpon, assess and aid in calibrating their success metrics for launch and, using this information, develop and implement an implementation plan to meet their needs. I play a vital role in training my clients on LearnUpon as well as guiding them through how to build the workflows they need to implement.
My customers think of me as a valuable resource they can rely on to help them get the most out of LearnUpon. They trust me to help them make good decisions as they configure our software and gear up for launching LearnUpon. I also identify and explain any process changes our clients might incur as part of moving onto a new system and listen and gather their product feedback. I share this with their Customer Success Manager, when they aren’t present to hear it firsthand.
As an Implementation Consultant I hold a rotating book of clients, most of whom carry Basic to Premium plans. I may also serve a few Enterprise accounts at any given time. I understand and prioritize work within my own book of business according to my clients’ plans and needs.
My purpose is to help each of my customers thrive with their primary use case discovered during sales and introduction. I also record any business objectives and areas for expansion and share these with the Customer Success Manager to aid in future expansion and development of our accounts.
What will I be doing?
- Help define their use case(s) during introductions.
- Define and set requirements for launch.
- Develop, customize and guide customers through an implementation plan.
- Train and act as a valued resource to administrators on best practices and workflows.
- Assist and work collaboratively with Support to process migrations or integrations required by my customers.
- Ensure adequate testing has been completed by customers prior to launch.

What is the Hiring Process?
Applicants for the position can expect the following hiring process:
- Qualified applicants will be invited to schedule a 30-minute call.
- Successful candidates will then be invited to a series of practical interviews.
- Finally, candidates will have a short interview with our COO.
- Successful candidates will be contacted with an offer to join our team.
