Manager, Web Marketing
LearnUpon is looking for a Manager, Web Marketing to join our team. This is a hybrid position working three days a week from our office in Dublin, Ireland.

We are looking for a creative, detailed-oriented Web Marketing Manager to join our growing team and lead our three person Web Marketing team. This person will own the entire web experience for LearnUpon, partnering with Content, Creative, Digital Demand, and Product Marketing teams to ensure we’re efficiently attracting and acquiring new customers, growing our organic reach, and delivering a best-in-class user experience reflective of our brand.
What will I be doing?
- Own efforts to attract & help convert new customers, as well as help grow existing customers, through building and enhancing web experiences in coordination with efforts across other channels (e.g. paid search, display, email, etc.).
- Manage and lead the optimization of our (WordPress) website as well as incoming requests via our project management tool (Jira).
- Managing and leading a team consisting of 2 Developers to deliver a best-in-class web experience.
- Lead our SEO efforts with a focus on both content and technical SEO to grow our organic channel.
- Leverage SEO software such as Google Analytics and Search Console, Ahrefs, and more in order to manage our site’s performance and SEO.
- Own our web analytics and be responsible for gathering and reporting data/ insights across our web properties that inform our GTM strategy.
- Help build the website roadmap: Work with the team and leadership to identify and refine opportunities that directly impact marketing outcomes.
- This is a hands-on role, including managing the backlog, owning the ticket workflow, and removing blockers as well as collaborating with other functions to ensure they have a great platform to execute their campaigns and hit targets.
What skills do I need?
- 4+ years of B2B website experience.
- Strong people management skills with 2+ years of experience.
- A track record of delivering high-quality web experiences that are scalable, measurable, and impactful.
- Strong project management and organization skills, including experience with project management tools and documentation tools like: Asana, Jira, Confluence.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the use of WordPress, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- A passion for driving growth and delivering results through SEO, AEO and GEO.Strong analytical skills with mastery of the tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio and Microsoft Clarity.
- Team player with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- An analytical thinker who is also creative. Someone who is able to justify and articulate their ideas with data.
