LearnUpon is looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team in Dublin.

Our Product team is at the heart of LearnUpon’s success. We are responsible for shaping and delivering solutions that enable businesses to achieve their learning and development goals. The team works closely with other departments, such as Engineering, Design, and Customer Success, to ensure that we meet the needs of our clients. We foster a collaborative, transparent environment where creativity and data-driven decision-making drive product excellence.

 

What will I be doing?

  • Define and drive the strategic direction for a portfolio of products, aligning with LearnUpon’s long-term goals and vision
  • Lead large-scale, complex product initiatives with cross-functional teams, ensuring that products meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Prioritize product roadmaps, balancing long-term strategic goals with short-term delivery needs
  • Lead and mentor junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and innovation
  • Partner with engineering, design, and leadership teams to execute on product strategies and achieve measurable business impact
  • Drive customer research, competitive analysis, and market trend evaluation to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to influence product decisions and ensure alignment with company strategy
  • Effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy to both internal and external stakeholders

 

What skills do I need?                                                                                  

  • At least 7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading complex, high-impact product initiatives
  • Strong experience with B2B SaaS or similar environments, demonstrating expertise in product strategy and execution
  • Expertise in leading cross-functional teams, making data-driven decisions, and managing stakeholder relationships at all levels
  • Strong technical background with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop high-performing product teams
  • Ability to drive clarity and alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders, especially in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Mastery in communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence, present, and articulate a compelling product vision
  • Solid experience in managing product roadmaps, defining priorities, and balancing competing needs

Not required but considered a big plus

  • Experience in Learning & Development or People Management domains
  • Familiarity with API integrations and B2B SaaS technologies
  • Experience with remote and distributed teams

  • Qualified applicants will be invited to schedule a screening call
  • Successful candidates will then be invited to a series of practical interviews
  • Finally, candidates will have a short interview with a member of our C-Suite Team
  • The successful candidate will be contacted with an offer to join our team
