Strategic Project Manager

What will I be doing?

Working closely with the COO and CEO on key initiatives across the business, you’ll support LearnUpon’s growth, operational efficiency, and customer value. 

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead key strategic initiatives across the business, collaborating directly with the global executive team
  • Ensure strong communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders to maintain focus and clarity on initiatives
  • Identify potential roadblocks early and work proactively to resolve them with practical, effective solutions
  • Analyse data to identify trends, guide decisions, and measure outcomes that drive business impact
  • Continuously look for ways to enhance workflows, simplify processes, and increase  efficiency across the business

 

What skills do I need?        

You’re a driven, analytical problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. In addition, you’ll have:                                                                         

  • 2~3+ years of industry experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure ambiguity and drive projects through to execution
  • Strong communications skills and a proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and working with different teams across the business
  • Results-focused mindset - you get things done, even when the pressure is on
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable pivoting quickly to maintain momentum in evolving situations
  • A keen eye for detail, and can proactively resolve issues before they become blockers
  • A self-starter mentality - you take ownership, show initiative, and thrive being the go-to person

What is the Hiring Process?

Our typical process generally works as follows:

  • Qualified applicants will be invited to schedule a screening call
  • Successful candidates will then be invited to a series of practical interviews
  • Finally, candidates will have a short interview with a member of our C-Suite Team
  • The successful candidate will be contacted with an offer to join our team
