We are looking for a Team Manager Customer Care Operations to join our office in Haarlem. The Team Manager Customer Care Operations plays a critical role in driving the performance and success of the Customer Care team. This position ensures the efficient operation of daily activities, upholds service quality, and provides continuous development to team members. It is instrumental in managing escalations, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Development & Performance Coaching: Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and training to team members to enhance skills, boost performance, and support career development
- People Management: Lead all aspects of team management, including hiring, onboarding, and performance appraisals
- Reporting & KPI Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, team progress, and operational outcomes to ensure alignment with Leaseweb’s goals.
- Escalation Handling & Technical Support: Serve as the escalation manager and single point of contact for complex customer issues, particularly during implementations and troubleshooting technical challenges.
- Process Improvement & Innovation: Lead initiatives aimed at process innovation, quality improvement, and operational excellence within the team and across departmental functions.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as a Team Leader or Manager within a customer service or technical support environment
- Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering excellent service and resolving issues effectively
- Technical or Data Center experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage escalations, and drive operational excellence
Benefits include:
The salary for this position ranges from 45.000 Euros to 55.000 Euros annually (including the holiday allowance), depending on your experience and skills.
