- Experience in HR, onboarding or recruiting.
- A naturally people-oriented personality. You enjoy engaging with others, building connections, and helping people feel welcome.
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems; experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with great attention to detail.
- A proactive, helpful attitude and a genuine interest in providing great service to both candidates and colleagues.
- An interest in structure and process improvement – you enjoy keeping things organized, especially when it comes to cleaning up systems and maintaining clarity in shared tools.
