Technical Delivery Representative   

Our Order Delivery department plays a crucial role in onboarding new customers and managing hardware modifications. As a Technical Delivery Representative, you will be an integral part of this team! You will ensure the timely delivery of hardware modifications to our customers and will get them through all necessary steps. You are strong in setting up positive, lasting business relationships with the internal and external parties involved. 

This position is based in our HQ in Amsterdam and Haarlem, and you will be reporting to the Team Manager.  

What is the role about?

  • Responsible for ensuring orders are processed correctly  and for maintaining control over the entire delivery process.
  • Defines delivery goals, priorities, and schedules with the aim of exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collects and verifies all relevant order information to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Handles issues effectively, anticipates potential risks, and drives continuous improvements in processes and customer satisfaction related to delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • Working knowledge of delivering excellent customer service 
  • Understanding of SAP and ideally prior experience in IT.
  • Work experience in a similar role
  • Strong administrative skills and an eye for detail
  • Focus on quality, process and problem-solving is your first nature 
  • Great verbal and written communication skills in English
