Inside Sales Account Manager
Within Leaseweb, the Sales department is responsible for the full sales cycle. From engaging prospects (business development) to seeking new opportunities to increase the services to existing customers (account management). What is the role about?
As an inside sales account manager at Leaseweb, you will build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers. You will manage a designated client base to increase sales, ensure client retention through excellent service, and identify new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with other departments to meet sales targets.
- Customer relationship management: Maintain and grow a client base through regular contact via phone, email, and teleconferences. Occasionally, you could meet (potential) customers face-to-face at e.g. events.
- Sales growth: Achieve sales targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities and increasing sales within existing accounts.
- Customer retention: Keep our current Leaseweb customers satisfied by providing exceptional service and resolving issues.
- Business development: Find and develop incremental business opportunities and generate new leads. You will get the tools necessary to do so.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and manage account plans for your customer database to maintain and grow sales.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments (Marketing, Provisioning, Contract Management, etc.) to support your sales goals and to improve and provide and your customers with a great overall customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years Sales experience ideally in the IT industry
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Excellent communication in English (written and oral). Preferably, also in Dutch
- Ability to build strong, long-term client relationships
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Great negotiation skills.

The salary for this position ranges from 46396 Euros to 58320 Euros annually (including the holiday allowance), depending on your experience and skills. We also take internal equity into account to ensure fair and consistent compensation across our team. Next to salary, we offer the following benefits:
