
Marketing Analyst (m/f/d)
AutoScout24 is on a mission to revolutionize marketing through data and analytics. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Data Analyst (m/f/d) to join our team in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will take ownership of our marketing analytics framework, focusing on AutoScout24 Germany, including LeasingMarkt.de, with a primary emphasis on optimizing the efficiency and ROI of our multi-channel marketing funnel. You will work closely with the AS24 Consumer Analytics team and the LeasingMarkt.de Marketing team, helping to make data-driven decisions that drive success. This is the ideal opportunity for someone passionate about both marketing and analytics, eager to make a measurable impact.
What you will do:
- Design scalable data models and pipelines within our Data Lake to integrate and manage marketing data across channels.
- Build and automate dashboards and alerts that provide clear, actionable insights into user acquisition and marketing performance.
- Empower marketing teams through curated data sources and self-service analytics, enabling fast, data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate closely with online, app, and offline marketing teams to optimize campaigns, media-buying and budget allocation.
- Collaborate closely with management teams to support executive-level reporting and ongoing performance monitoring. Partner with analysts to interpret performance across platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adjust, Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Criteo, etc.) and turn data into strategy.
- Work with tracking experts to ensure robust data accuracy via UTMs and consistent campaign naming.
- Lead exploratory analytics projects—from new KPI development and A/B testing to incrementality studies and attribution models.
What you will bring:
- 2+ years in marketing analytics, ideally in a B2C or marketplace environment.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data stacks (Airflow, dbt, Redshift/Snowflake/BigQuery).
- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Quicksight) and a keen eye for effective data storytelling.
- Knowledge of MMPs (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer), Google Analytics, and key ad platforms (Google, Meta, Criteo).
- A strategic mindset with the ability to simplify complex data for technical and business audiences alike.
- Experience working independently and leading cross-functional analytics initiatives.
- Fluency in English.
- BONUS: Experience with Amazon Quicksight and GTM
