
Product Manager (m/f/d)

To keep growing and driving innovation in the mobility space, we’re looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our high-performing Dealer Tech Team at our Düsseldorf office. The Dealer Tech team builds the systems that power dealer experience. This includes dealer workflows such as inventory management, listings, lead handling, billing and invoicing, as well as new capabilities that help dealers operate more efficiently.
What you’ll do:
You will own the product vision, roadmap and outcomes for our Dealer Tech domain. Your goal is to make our platform the best place for dealers to manage and grow their business online.
- Defining the product strategy and roadmap for our Dealer Tech platform
- Improving how dealers manage inventory, listings, leads and account workflows
- Owning core platform capabilities such as billing and invoicing
- Driving AI initiatives for dealer tooling, identifying opportunities where automation and AI can improve dealer workflows and platform efficiency
- Working closely with Sales and Customer Relations to understand dealer challenges and translate them into scalable product solutions
- Prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact, business value and engineering effort
- Leading product discovery through user interviews, research, data analysis, prototyping and experimentation
- Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design and Analytics to bring solutions to market
- Ensuring we build solutions that scale across the dealer base rather than one-off features
- Defining success metrics and measuring the impact of product improvements
You will not just deliver features — you will shape how this part of the platform evolves.
What you’ll bring:
We are looking for a high-ownership Product Manager who combines strong product thinking with a bias for action.
- 4+ years of experience in digital product management
- Experience owning a product area from discovery through delivery
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product data and user insights
- The ability to translate complex business and customer needs into clear product direction
- Experience working closely with commercial teams or B2B customers
- A pragmatic mindset and a bias toward shipping and learning
- Conduct user interviews and dealer conversations in German; professional proficiency in both German and English required.
- Confidence to challenge assumptions and propose better solutions when needed
- Use AI and modern product tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and workflows; interest in applying AI to improve dealer and marketplace efficiency; hands-on experimentation is a plus.

- Build a deep understanding of dealer workflows and operational needs
- Establish strong collaboration with Sales and Customer Relations
- Identify high-impact opportunities in the Dealer Tech domain
- Define a clear roadmap and begin delivering measurable improvements for dealers and the business
