About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategies and marketing initiatives for a new cutting-edge product solution. You will play a pivotal role in driving product adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure our products are positioned to resonate with target audiences and stand out in a competitive market. The role will report to the head of our cross-functional product team.

You will be working on:

  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing products, including audience segmentation, positioning, messaging, and multi-channel campaign management.
  • Market Insights: Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer interviews to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities. Use insights to shape product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Product Positioning: Craft compelling value propositions, key messaging, and differentiation strategies tailored to various buyer personas and market segments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering and Design teams to align product and marketing roadmaps. Influence product development by representing the voice of the customer.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead integrated campaigns that span digital marketing, content creation, events, and sales enablement to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip business development efforts with tools, training, and resources, including presentations, battle cards, and product guides, to effectively communicate product value.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and user metrics to optimize strategies and ensure ROI. Provide actionable recommendations based on data.
  • Product Launches: Manage end-to-end launch plans, including communication strategies, client-facing materials, and internal readiness.

Qualifications: 

  • Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans. Expertise in positioning and messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to analyze performance metrics and user insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Domain Expertise: Familiarity with (re)insurance and/or financial reporting products strongly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories, influence others, and collaborate across teams.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative leader with a knack for aligning cross-functional stakeholders and influencing outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years as a product marketing manager, preferably in fintech, SaaS, and/or insurance environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience successfully launching a new digital product, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics, automation).

How You Can Stand Out:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Certification in Pragmatic Marketing or Product Marketing Alliance is a plus.
