Legend Biotech is seeking HR Business Analyst (Contractor) as part of the Human Resources team based in Somerset, NJ.
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Business Analyst to join our team. The HR Business Analyst will play a key role in reviewing, updating, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies to ensure they are accurate, concise, and aligned with company policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing SOPs for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to gather necessary information for SOP updates.
- Write and format new SOPs in line with best practices and company guidelines.
- Assist in implementing and communicating updated SOPs to staff.
- Maintain an organized database of all SOPs and related documents.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and procedures.
