
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.
Legend Biotech is seeking Talent Acquisition Specialist as part of the Talent Acquisition team based in Somerset, NJ.
Role Overview
Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting and engaging top talent to deliver positive business outcomes. This individual will execute recruitment strategies partnering with HRBP and Hiring Managers to identify and fill vacancies and proactively pipeline talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities to ensure successful talent acquisition from sourcing strategy, execution, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management/negotiation, hiring and onboarding.
- Execute talent sourcing strategies and build pipeline of passive talent to meet current or anticipated talent needs.
- Proactively build and develop relationships with hiring managers, HRBP, and cross functional teams to deliver talent needs, provide consultation, and improve efficiency.
- Educate business clients in the use of interviewing techniques, recommended resources, assessing and evaluating applicants, and other best practices.
- Consult with the Total Rewards team to manage offer recommendations by providing expectation, market trend, and any appropriate documentation culminating in extending the offer to the candidate.
- Participate and contribute to developing innovative attraction and engagement strategies.
- Participate in projects related to the TA processes, systems/tools, procedures, and compliance.
- Participate and assist with branding initiative and university recruiting efforts.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Human Resources.
- Minimum 1+ years of previous experience as a recruiter.
- Experience recruiting within one or more in any of the following areas is preferred: Research & Development, Clinical Development, Early Drug Development, Quality, Technical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Medical Affairs.
- Experience in full life cycle recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to source passive talent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to establish and maintain relationships.
- Ability to influence goals, objectives and deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Ability to influence on the overall objectives and long-term goals of the Talent Acquisition organization.
- Knowledge of Employment and EEO laws and regulations.
