
Integrated Business Planning Analyst

Legend Biotech is seeking Integrated Business Planning Analyst as part of the Technical Operations team based in Raritan, NJ.
Role Overview
Legend Biotech is seeking an Integrated Business Planning Analyst as part of the Global Manufacturing and Supply team based in Raritan, New Jersey. The candidate will play a key role in assisting with the maturation of the Integrated Business Planning processes within Legend Biotech, with a specific focus on creating tools and reports to help drive insights and decision making within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- The candidate will work closely with our Commercial, Supply Chain, Production Planning, and Manufacturing teams to assist in executing the current monthly IBP process as well as build predictive models and utilize historical data as well as future projections to increase accuracy and reliability across the IBP horizon. The candidate will also work closely with collaboration partners to continue to build the relationship between organizations and ensure adequacy and accuracy of data shared between teams.
- Support the development and implementation of new data analysis tools and reports using software such as PowerBI for the IBP process to enhance decision making and confidence of future supply and demand projections.
- Identify areas of improvement across the shared IBP planning calendar and develop recommendations to optimize the entire planning cycle.
- Ensure alignment with Legend’s underlying Demand & Supply (LD&S) cycle and delivery / compilation of associated deliverables / inputs.
- Assist in driving scenario planning and risk modeling/management to ensure continuity, reliability, and growth of patient supply as part of the IBP process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve supply of Carvykti.
- Participate in project meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions to current stakeholder pain points.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with data visualization and scenario modeling is a plus.

- The role operates with limited autonomy, primarily executing routine tasks such as data consolidation, schedule updates, and report generation within established IBP processes. Decisions that impact supply, demand, financials, or cross-functional alignment require prior approval from management or senior planners. More latitude is given for decisions related to tool and analytics buildout with the candidate having the ability to guide look and feel as long as desired capabilities are delivered.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in Integrated Business Planning, S&OP, Strategic Network Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or related functions.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency with data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Minitab, R, etc.
- Experience using planning tools such as SAP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, etc.

The anticipated base pay range is:
$70,671 - $92,757 USD
