
Senior Associate, External Reporting and Consolidations

Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.
Legend Biotech is seeking Senior Associate, External Reporting and Consolidations as part of the Finance team based in Bridgewater, NJ.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our External Reporting team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and compliance of our financial statements and accounting policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in IFRS accounting, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance, with an understanding of the life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and reviewing quarterly and annual SEC filings (20F, 6K, etc.), including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.
- Maintain and administer key external reporting systems (OneStream and Workiva), including maintaining the consolidation, managing the SEC filing process, and creating schedules/analyses on demand.
- Support external audit processes to ensure timely and accurate filings.
- Own processes and prepare key control documentation to support SOX compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations) to ensure proper completion of external filings.
- Monitor developments in accounting and regulatory standards and assess their impact on the company.
- Prepare and deliver effective trainings for key financial reporting systems for finance and non-finance professionals.
- Prepare key equity related calculations and schedules, including the stock-based compensation expense and disclosure schedules.
- Participate in special projects including system implementations, automation initiatives and process improvements.
- Manage team calendar and assist in the project management of the calendar to meet reporting deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and/or public accounting, Big 4 experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in the life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, IFRS is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Workiva, OneStream, SAP, or similar financial systems is a plus.

The base pay range below is what Legend Biotech USA Inc. reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. The company reserves the right to modify this range as needed and in accordance with applicable laws. Performance-based bonus and/or equity is available to employees in eligible roles.
The anticipated base pay range is:
$93,463 - $122,670 USD
