
TA Operations & Campus Recruitment Coordinator

As our TA Operations & Campus Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll lead campus recruitment initiatives and support talent acquisition operations, helping us attract the next generation of biotech innovators.

You’ll work closely with universities, students, and internal teams to bring fresh talent into our organization. Every day, you’ll help shape the future of cell and gene therapy while growing your own skills in a supportive, international environment.
Campus Recruitment
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top student talent.
- Build strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations.
- Organize and attend career fairs, info sessions, and networking events.
- Manage internship and graduate programs, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Act as recruiter for Young Graduate roles.
- Promote Legend Biotech’s culture and opportunities to students.
- Stay informed on trends in university recruiting, especially in biotech and life sciences.
TA Operations
- Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness.
- Collaborate on optimizing SOPs and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
General Talent Acquisition Support
- Manage job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate with Employer Branding to maintain job ads and internal job boards.
- Support sourcing activities and TA-related projects.
Who are we looking for?
Education: A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communication, Project Management, or related field.
Experience: At least 3 years in talent acquisition, ideally in biotech or pharma. You’ve also got at least 1 year of experience with campus recruitment or project coordination.
Languages: You’re fluent in English and Dutch, and you communicate clearly and confidently.
