What can you expect? 

 

As an HR Intern, you will engage in a variety of tasks and projects that will stretch your skills and broaden your understanding of the HR field. Here is what you will be doing: 

 

  • Recruitment and Employer Branding: You support the talent acquisition team during the entire recruitment process (drafting and posting of job ads, screening of CVs, interviews, etc.). You also think about and create attractive employer branding material.  
  • HR Policies: You participate in the development and optimization of our HR policies, ensuring they align with both legal standards and our company values. 
  • Compensations and Benefits: You assist in reviewing and designing compensation structures and benefits packages that motivate and retain employees. 
  • Training and Development: You support the creation of annual development plans aimed at the professional growth of our employees.  
  • Communications: A crucial part of your internship is communication, both internally and externally. You get plenty of opportunities to use your creative skills and create engaging content that encourages employee engagement and contributes to a positive work environment.   

Depending on your talents and interests, we can obviously focus more on certain HR domains.  

 
Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern, who is not only eager to learn but more important has a lot fo gusto to go for it with us because our HR ambitions are sky-high. We think our perfect intern has the following qualities but correct us if you think we are wrong 😉 We are very open-mineded.  

  • Education: You are pursuing a degree in Labor and Organizational Psychology, Business Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field of study. The duration of your internship is at least 12 weeks. 
  • Experience: Previous internship experiences are a nice plus, but not a must-have.  
  • Languages: You are proficient in English and Dutch, with strong written and oral communication skills. 
  • Strengths: You are known for your accuracy, your focus, and the positive energy you bring to the team. You are a teamplayer, but you can also work well independently.  
  • Expertise: You have a knack for planning, and you know know your way around in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
