  • Develop a clear, expert point of view on how SEO must evolve to drive long-term growth and a competitive advantage at LendingTree.
  • Balance short-term performance recovery with long-term resilience and innovation.

Enterprise-Scale SEO Execution

  • Establish performance frameworks, forecasts, and roadmaps aligned with company-wide growth objectives.

SEO Analytics, Data & Reporting

  • Own the SEO measurement, analytics, and reporting strategy across all domains.
  • Define what success looks like in a shifting search landscape by evolving KPIs beyond traditional metrics to include visibility, authority, and AI-driven discovery signals.
  • Partner closely with Analytics, Data Science, Product, and Finance to connect SEO performance to business outcomes.
  • Build scalable dashboards, reporting cadences, and performance narratives that enable teams to prioritize effectively and executives to make informed decisions.
  • Use data to guide experimentation, validate strategy, assess tradeoffs, and clearly articulate ROI.

People Leadership & Organizational Change

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a large, multidisciplinary organization including SEO analysts, writers, editorial staff, and outreach teams.
  • Drive change by modernizing skill sets, workflows, tooling, and operating models as SEO continues to evolve.
  • Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Operations

  • Act as a strong operator who can pull teams together across Product, Engineering, Editorial, Marketing, Analytics, and Executive Leadership.
  • Influence product roadmaps and content strategies to ensure SEO is embedded early in decision-making.
  • Translate strategy into execution through clear prioritization, operational rigor, and consistent follow-through.

Executive Communication & Influence

  • Serve as the senior SEO leader and trusted advisor to executive leadership.
  • Translate complex SEO concepts, risks, and opportunities into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Regularly present performance updates, strategic recommendations, and investment tradeoffs with confidence and clarity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of progressive SEO experience, with significant experience operating at enterprise scale.
  • Proven track record of driving organic growth across multiple large domains in highly competitive environments.
  • Deep expertise across technical SEO, content and editorial strategy, authority development, and large-scale execution.
  • Strong understanding of how AI and machine learning are reshaping search and organic discovery.
