Radar & Mission Solutions Sales Lead  

LeoLabs is seeking a high-impact Radar & Mission Solutions Sales Lead to drive commercial growth across our radar portfolio and integrated space-domain awareness solutions. This role is focused on new business acquisition, strategic capture, and multi-year revenue growth in priority APAC markets. Reporting directly to the VP, you will take ownership of radar program sales, build executive-level relationships, and accelerate LeoLabs’ expansion across the region. 

This is an ideal role for a commercially driven radar sales professional who excels at shaping customer requirements, influencing procurement direction, and closing complex technical deals. You will play a pivotal role in winning multi-year radar deployments while expanding our footprint in data and mission-intelligence services. 

Key Responsibilities 

Radar Sales & Capture Leadership  

  • Own the full radar sales cycle: opportunity identification, capture strategy, customer engagement, proposal leadership, and deal closure. 
  • Build deep relationships with Ministries of Defense, defense primes, integrators, and senior government stakeholders. 
  • Position LeoLabs’ radar systems (Tracker, Seeker, Scout, Ranger) to shape customer requirements and influence program architecture. 
  • Lead multi-year pipeline development and provide accurate forecasting to support executive decision-making. 
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and solutions teams to align technical demonstrations and proposals with customer needs. 

Integrated Solution & Data Services Sales  

  • Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities for LeoLabs’ space intelligence, analytics, and data-as-a-service products. 
  • Manage key strategic accounts with a focus on revenue expansion, contract renewals, and long-term program capture. 
  • Shape customer missions by connecting radar capabilities with broader intelligence and analytics offerings. 

Strategic Partnerships & Market Development 

  • Build and manage partnerships with radar ecosystem players, primes, system integrators, and research institutions. 
  • Develop joint solution strategies that combine radar sensing with analytics and SDA/SSA mission services. 
  • Deliver market and competitive intelligence to guide product strategy and executive planning. 

 Representation & Thought Leadership 

  • Represent LeoLabs in customer briefings, industry events, trade shows, and program reviews. 
  • Serve as a radar and mission-solutions subject-matter expert for European market strategy. 

 Qualifications 

  • 6–12 years in radar systems, sensors, aerospace/defense, or space domain markets. 
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, business development, or capture management. 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior government and defense stakeholders. 
  • Strong technical familiarity with radar systems (active/passive, ground/air/maritime, SSA/SDA). 
  • Experience working with European defense customers preferred. 
  • Excellent communication, executive engagement, and strategic planning skills. 
  • Ability to balance near-term revenue targets with long-term strategic account growth.
