Growth Marketing Manager
Levanta is the leading affiliate marketing platform for marketplace sellers, helping Amazon and Walmart brands unlock a scalable, cost-effective marketing channel through direct affiliate partnerships. With access to over 30,000 vetted publishers, influencers, affiliates, and media buyers in Levanta’s Creator Marketplace, sellers can drive high-quality external traffic to their stores, control commissions, improve organic search rankings, and benefit from referral kickbacks on sales generated by their affiliates.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and help drive new Amazon and Walmart seller acquisition. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this individual contributor will own campaign execution and channel testing to generate high-quality leads that convert into pipeline and revenue. This is a remote role open to candidates who live full time in one of our hub states.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Lead and Demand Generation: Own the execution of campaigns that generate qualified leads and create demand from marketplace sellers, using channels like sponsored newsletters, podcasts, influencer collaborations, GEO, and other growth tactics.
- Identify, Test, and Scale Acquisition Channels: Source new acquisition opportunities, run structured tests to evaluate performance, and scale channels that demonstrate strong ROI and alignment with Levanta’s ideal customer profile.
- Run Rapid Growth Experiments: Launch fast, iterative tests across messaging, creative, audiences, and funnel steps to uncover scalable tactics that improve acquisition efficiency and conversion.
- Track Performance and Optimize: Monitor key campaign and funnel metrics to uncover performance gaps, reduce inefficiencies, and continuously improve results across all acquisition efforts.
- Monitor and Act on Acquisition Trends: Track emerging acquisition tactics, technologies, and platform changes, and apply those insights to improve campaign performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
What You Bring:
- 2–3 years of growth marketing experience, with a strong bias for experimentation and a track record of launching measurable campaigns.
- Proven ability to test and scale acquisition channels, from initial concept through execution and iteration.
- Analytical mindset with experience in attribution frameworks, and a deep understanding of ROI-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage campaigns and support the lead lifecycle.
- Comfort and curiosity with AI and automation tools, using them to streamline campaign deployment, optimization, and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and collaborative, with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving growth.
- Bonus: Experience at a high-growth eCommerce SaaS company, especially with marketplace sellers or Amazon-focused products.
