Levanta is the leading affiliate marketing platform for marketplace sellers, helping Amazon and Walmart brands unlock a scalable, cost-effective marketing channel through direct affiliate partnerships. With access to over 30,000 vetted publishers, influencers, affiliates, and media buyers in Levanta’s Creator Marketplace, sellers can drive high-quality external traffic to their stores, control commissions, improve organic search rankings, and benefit from referral kickbacks on sales generated by their affiliates.

Levanta is seeking an Events and Community Coordinator to help bring our brand to life through exceptional seller-focused experiences. Reporting to the Partner Marketing Manager, this role will play a key part in executing Levanta’s global event presence and fostering meaningful engagement within our seller community.

You’ll support the planning and delivery of major conferences, partner activations, and local events — including Levanta’s first owned conference in 2026 — while helping build and nurture a vibrant network of sellers across online and in-person channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes pride in flawless execution, and is excited to contribute to Levanta’s growing events and community programs.

What you'll do:

Event Coordination & Execution

  • Execute and support the planning and execution of Levanta’s global seller events (10+), including tentpole conferences, partner activations, virtual events, local meetups, and Levanta’s first-owned conference in 2026.
  • Manage all event logistics, including vendor coordination, shipping, travel, swag production, budgeting, marketing asset creation (landing pages, emails, social), and on-site or virtual event support.
  • Coordinate and collaborate on event marketing deliverables and strategies with multiple internal teams, including sales, content, design, and operations, to ensure consistent brand execution.

Seller Community Engagement

  • Engage with Levanta’s seller community across owned and third-party channels, including Slack groups, online forums, and social spaces.
  • Support programs and activations that keep sellers informed and connected, such as in-person and virtual AMAs, spotlight stories, and discussions.
  • Grow and nurture the community by driving participation, fostering peer connections, and expanding reach across key platforms.
  • Monitor conversations to identify opportunities for Levanta to participate, add value, or gather seller insights.
  • Manage Levanta’s presence on review platforms (G2, Capterra, etc.) by encouraging positive reviews, addressing and removing negatives, and maintaining strong competitive positioning.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track and maintain performance metrics for events and community engagement, including measurable outcomes, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs such as attendance, participation, seller acquisition impact, and ROI.
  • Compile post-event and community recaps that include insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Support budget tracking and vendor documentation to ensure operational efficiency.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in event coordination and community engagement; experience in B2B or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Proven ability to support and execute high-quality events with measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple event logistics.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Experience with online community engagement.
  • Comfortable tracking metrics and reporting results to optimize performance.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow into greater ownership as Levanta’s event and community programs scale.

What Levanta Offers:

  • A dynamic and supportive work environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Open vacation and sick policy, take the time you need.
  • Opportunity for professional growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding startup.
  • A culture that values diversity, inclusion, and the impact of every team member on our success.
  • Must have a permanent address in one of our hub states: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, or Washington.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
