Creator Growth & Marketing Coordinator

New York (Remote), Washington (Remote), California (Remote), Florida (Remote), Texas (Remote), Ohio (Remote), Utah (Remote), Michigan (Remote), Pennsylvania (Remote), Massachusetts (Remote), DC (Remote)

Levanta is the leading affiliate marketing platform for marketplace sellers, helping Amazon, Shopify and Walmart brands unlock a scalable, cost-effective marketing channel through direct affiliate partnerships. With access to over 70,000 vetted publishers, influencers, affiliates, and media buyers in Levanta’s Creator Marketplace, sellers can drive high-quality external traffic to their stores, control commissions, improve organic search rankings, and benefit from referral kickbacks on sales generated by their affiliates.

We're looking for an organized, personable, and social-media-savvy Creator Growth & Marketing Coordinator to join our Creator Team. This is a hybrid role centered on creator acquisition, with meaningful marketing and content responsibilities alongside it.

Your primary mission is growth: recruiting new creators to Levanta at scale, with a particular focus on creators who can drive revenue across our expanding non-Amazon marketplaces:  Walmart, Shopify brands (DTC), and upcoming marketplace partnerships. Amazon is already well-served; the biggest opportunity ahead of us is building deliberate creator supply in these newer channels. You'll spend a significant part of your time sourcing and reaching out to creators who are already promoting these brands and showing them how to earn more through Levanta.

You'll work closely with our GTM and automation systems, which handle much of the top-of-funnel volume, enriching leads, sequencing outreach, and managing routine replies. Your role is the human layer on top of that engine: personalizing outreach, handling the more nuanced conversations, and making sure the creators you bring in actually activate. Alongside acquisition, you'll help own Levanta's social presence and support the Creator Team's content and community efforts.

What You'll Do:

Creator Acquisition & Marketplace Growth

  • Source and recruit creators across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest, with an emphasis on those driving revenue in non-Amazon categories (Walmart, DTC stores, and upcoming marketplace partnerships)
  • Identify creators already promoting these brands and other marketplaces, and run warm outreach showing them how to earn more through Levanta's higher commission rates
  • Run targeted outreach campaigns by category and marketplace to fill creator-supply gaps where we have brand demand but thin coverage
  • Personalize outreach messaging over email and social based on creator niche, audience size, marketplace focus, and content style
  • Encourage existing Levanta creators to expand into new marketplaces, curating product lists and hooks tied to specific brands and campaigns
  • Manage inbound and complex outreach replies that fall outside automated workflows, qualifying, answering questions, and moving creators toward sign-up and activation
  • Follow up with interested creators, book meetings with our Creator Managers, and help ensure new creators reach their first post and first attributed sale

Outreach Operations & Automation

  • Build and manage outreach sequences that drive sign-ups to the Levanta platform
  • Partner with our GTM engineering function to feed the outreach engine, refine targeting, and build marketplace-specific outreach tracks (e.g., distinct messaging for Walmart vs. other marketplaces vs. DTC)
  • Track outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline progress in our CRM, and share what's converting
  • Collaborate with the Creator Team to test new outreach strategies and continuously improve messaging

Social Media, Content & Marketing

  • Help manage and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook on a consistent schedule
  • Film, edit, and produce short-form video content and graphics tailored to each platform
  • Engage daily with followers, responding to comments and DMs and building genuine community
  • Create content around affiliate marketing that educates and inspires creators on how to grow their income through Levanta
  • Monitor trends and adapt content strategies to stay relevant and grow reach
  • Curate product lists tied to events, holidays, and seasonal campaigns (e.g., gift guides, back-to-school, Black Friday)
  • Assist with creator-focused email newsletters, helping draft, organize, and schedule content

General

  • Handle daily creator platform approvals
  • Support the Creator Team with additional projects, campaigns, and initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2+ years in a coordinator, SDR/sales, community, social, or creator role (relevant internship experience counts)
  • Comfortable with outreach and prospecting, not afraid to send a cold DM or email, and diligent about following up
  • Strong, warm written communication and a natural, engaging voice online — for both content and outreach
  • Active on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook; you know what performs and why
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content (CapCut, Reels, TikTok, etc.)
  • Highly organized, able to manage an outreach pipeline and a content calendar simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, automation, and outreach tools — or genuinely eager to learn
  • Genuinely interested in the creator economy, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce

What Levanta Offers:

  • A dynamic and supportive work environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Open vacation and sick policy, take the time you need.
  • Opportunity for professional growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding startup.
  • A culture that values diversity, inclusion, and the impact of every team member on our success.
  • Must have a permanent address in one of our hub states: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, or Washington.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
