Levanta is the creator affiliate platform built for modern e-commerce. We connect brands, creators, publishers, and marketplaces through a single platform for creator discovery, activation, partnership management, payments, and cross-channel performance measurement. Through our Creator Marketplace and AI-powered Social Discovery, brands can access more than 90,000 vetted creators and millions more across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, building measurable creator partnerships across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other retail channels.

Following our recent $22 million Series B, which brought our total funding to more than $43 million, we are investing further in our technology, our team, and our expansion across the retail ecosystem. We are building the infrastructure for Creator Commerce Media and creating more opportunities for brands to grow, creators to earn, and marketplaces to generate measurable demand.

The Agency Enablement Manager will play a key role in Levanta’s growth by helping marketing and eCommerce agencies establish affiliate and creator marketing as a core service offering. This role will build and scale the training, resources, and certification programs agencies need to package and sell these services, successfully manage customer programs, and execute affiliate marketing strategies on Levanta.

You’ll work closely with our Agency Partnerships and Customer Success teams to build a thriving agency ecosystem equipped to deliver results for their customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and launch an agency training program: Design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum for agencies looking to offer affiliate management services but lacking the internal expertise to do so.
  • Develop end-to-end curriculum: Create practical training covering affiliate marketing fundamentals, service packaging and pricing, client acquisition, and program management and execution.
  • Launch, test, and iterate: Train an initial cohort of agencies, gather feedback, and apply learnings to continuously improve the curriculum and training experience.
  • Build for scale: Develop a roadmap for scaling agency education from day one, including LMS platforms, on-demand video training, and other repeatable learning resources.
  • Establish agency certification: Develop and roll out a certification program that enables the Agency Partnerships team to assess agency proficiency in affiliate marketing and Levanta’s platform.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Work with Agency Partnerships to address common barriers to adoption and ensure training reflects the needs of agencies building affiliate and creator marketing practices.
  • Enable successful customer handoffs: Collaborate with Agency Customer Success to transition newly activated agencies into ongoing support and ensure they are equipped to manage customers successfully on Levanta.

What We’re Looking For

  • Affiliate and creator marketing expertise: Substantial experience managing affiliate and creator programs, ideally within a digital marketing or affiliate marketing agency.
  • Agency service development experience: Direct experience building or growing affiliate marketing as an agency service, including developing service packages, establishing pricing, and defining delivery models.
  • Builder mentality: A track record of taking programs from concept to execution, testing what works, and building repeatable processes that can scale.
  • Amazon and D2C experience: Familiarity with both Amazon (or other marketplace - important) affiliate marketing and direct-to-consumer affiliate programs.
  • A collaborative, relationship-driven approach: Enjoyment of building relationships, meeting new people, developing systems, and working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
  • A focus on efficiency and scale: A results-oriented mindset and a passion for finding better ways to educate, activate, and support agencies as the ecosystem grows to hundreds of partners.

How Success Will Be Measured

Success in this role will be measured by the number of agencies that complete the training program and the conversion rate of trained agencies into signed client referrals. Additional details on performance expectations and specific targets will be shared during the interview process.

What Levanta Offers:
