Level Access is growing its business in Europe and is hiring Sales representatives in the UK to support this growth. This position is for an Enterprise Account Manager focused on building and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with customers primarily in Europe. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone based out of the UK.

The Enterprise Account Manager will work with existing enterprise-size Level Access clients across industries to analyze accessibility trends that impact industries, build nurture and outreach campaigns to drive interest, and maintain continuous and high activity levels across renewal, upsell, and cross-sell activities.

The role blends customer renewal & retention responsibilities along with expansion sales motions. The role carries a direct sales quota that is established across all assigned accounts, and Account Managers earns commissions for sales to those accounts. The Enterprise Account Manager will report into the Global Sales Renewals & Expansion team, and also work very closely with the UK-based leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to quickly grow the Level Access business in Europe and be at the forefront of the company earning market leadership status.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full retention lifecycle – on-boarding, key check-ins and renewal conversations – in order to drive the highest contract value retention rates possible.
  • Partner with customer success manager(s) to steer clients down successful paths; as a team, your goal is to help clients on their accessibility journey and maintain high levels of engagement.
  • Identify areas for growth including up-sells from current product subscriptions and cross-sells into new product subscriptions.
  • Deliver compelling arguments for digital accessibility to a variety of audiences – ranging from front-line to senior/C-suite – via a combination of virtual and in-person presentations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (customer success, sales engineering, service delivery, customer marketing) to craft compelling proposals that match unique customer use cases.
  • Develop and maintain quarterly and annual strategic account plans.
  • Utilize CRM and sales enablement technologies to manage all aspects of prospect / client communications, activities and tasks.

Achievement Metrics

  • % Quota Attainment: Ability to achieve quarterly quota attainment, comprised of two key elements:
    1. Gross retention of dollars under management (gross retention rate or “renewal rate”)’ and
    2. Expansion sales of software & services to assigned accounts.
  • Pipeline Development: Ability to develop and maintain a minimum of 2X to 3X overall depth of pipeline for expansion sales.
  • Retention Lifecycle (RLC) excellence: Ability to drive on-time renewals through consistent processes and high value customer interactions.
  • Product & Services knowledge: Ability to become “conversationally competent” with Level Access solutions & services, including satisfactory completion of training programs.
  • Forecasting: Ability to accurately forecast for the current quarter while providing an accurate view into business health and trends for the next renewals quarter.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years business-to-business sales experience required, preferably in an Account Management role serving Enterprise accounts
  • Experience with solution-selling/consultative selling methodologies
  • Experience working to manage a current book of business (i.e. renewals and expansion)
  • Deep understanding of business concepts for large national and international corporations
  • Ability to navigate commercial discussions across large organizations & matrixed environments
  • The ability to establish rapport and deliver compelling, persuasive propositions to an executive level audience
  • Comfort with change management + a start-up appetite to move quickly and try new things
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
