Senior Social Media Manager

Remote - Canada

As the Senior Social Media Manager, you will own and evolve our organic social and community presence building a modern, multi-channel engine that drives influence, relevance, and connection! This role is built for a senior individual contributor who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will define how we show up, what we say, and how we earn attention and influence connecting content, community, creators, and executives into a cohesive system that grows share of voice and deepens engagement with our ICP.

You will blend critical thinking with execution, building repeatable systems for content creation, repurposing, and distribution, and using AI to scale impact without compromising quality, voice, or trust. You will also serve as a trusted internal expert on platforms, algorithms, and trends, partnering closely with Corporate Communications, Content Marketing, Campaigns, People Programs, and Leadership! This is a deliberately hands-on role blending execution (roughly 60%) with strategic experimentation and long-term channel evolution (roughly 40%).

Application Process

  • Own and continuously evolve the organic social strategy across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and Reddit, defining each channel’s role and contribution.
  • Build and maintain a principled, high-impact publishing cadence—balancing visibility, campaign / business priorities, and brand consistency.
  • Own the creation of platform-native social content and the strategic repurposing of long-form assets into social-first formats; Partner with the Design team to ensure alignment with brand standards and design systems.
  • Leverage AI intentionally to scale content creation, repurposing, trend analysis, and workflow efficiency without sacrificing quality.
  • Shape and nurture meaningful engagement with practitioners, influencers, customers, and priority ICP audiences, prioritizing real participation rather than brand-first promotion.
  • Build and run an always-on creator and influencer outreach strategy that supports campaigns, launches, and thought leadership.
  • Partner closely with executives to support impactful social thought leadership through drafting, editing, and narrative refinement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to scale employee amplification and support employer brand storytelling.
  • Own performance tracking and analysis, translating insights into clear strategy recommendations that guide ongoing optimization and experimentation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in organic social media roles, ideally in B2B and/or technology environments.
  • Experience operating as a senior, self-directed individual contributor with end-to-end channel ownership.
  • A strong understanding of how social drives awareness, trust, and demand in a B2B technology environment; particularly via our primary channels, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube, and community-driven platforms like Reddit.
  • Genuine passion for our mission of access for everyone, and excitement for representing that mission through the content, conversations, and communities you will help build every day.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills and a strong instinct for social storytelling across formats.
  • Experience building or contributing to influencer and creator programs.
  • High proficiency using AI tools to accelerate content creation, repurposing, and insights.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort partnering with, and providing guidance to, executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with accessible content creation / accessible design standards is a plus

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
