Senior Product Manager

Canada - Remote

Join our Product team as a Senior Product Manager and play a critical role in advancing accessible digital experiences at enterprise scale. You will own and develop a core product domain within the Level Access platform. You will get results across several squads and help invent how we build and deliver AI-powered products.

This position suits a senior-level PM who works well with strategy execution, systems thinking, and AI-enabled product development. You will focus on customer impact and improving product excellence throughout the organization.

Mission of the Role

You will be accountable for defining, refining, and implementing a key product strategy area focused on helping customers efficiently improve and maintain digital accessibility within live, production environments.

This includes translating strategic intent into executable plans, validating direction through customer and market signals, and evolving solutions over time as user needs, platform capabilities, and AI technologies advance.

In parallel, you will serve as a role model and thought partner within the product organization:

  • AI-powered product discovery and delivery methods
  • High‑rigor experimentation and decision‑making
  • Scalable, results-focused product delivery

Core Responsibilities

Strategy Ownership & Execution

  • Be responsible for a significant product area and drive execution against a defined strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and long‑term platform direction.
  • Continuously refine strategy based on customer insight, data, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities.
  • Translate strategy into clear multi‑quarter roadmaps, investment trade‑offs, and success metrics.
  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, data science, design, and go‑to‑market teams.

AI‑Native Product Leadership

  • Lead product discovery and delivery using AI‑enabled workflows (e.g., rapid prototyping, automation‑assisted analysis, iterative improvements).
  • Partner closely with engineering and data science teams to deliver AI‑powered customer experiences, from early concepts through production and iteration.
  • Ensure AI‑driven features are trustworthy, measurable, and meaningfully improve user and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to shared standards for responsibly shipping AI capabilities in enterprise software.

Product Ownership & Multi‑Squad Delivery

  • Serve as the product manager across one or more squads, accountable for outcomes rather than output.
  • Drive complex initiatives from discovery through general availability, leading dependencies and cross‑team coordination.
  • Balance innovation with platform quality, scalability, and technical debt considerations.
  • Ensure strong product quality through clear requirements, testing alignment, and post‑launch validation.

Customer, Market & Insight Leadership

  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer workflows, difficulties, and success criteria particularly within enterprise environments.
  • Engage directly with customers to validate problems, test solutions, and refine value propositions.
  • Stay informed on digital accessibility standards and regulatory trends and how they intersect with modern enterprise technology.
  • Monitor market and competitive signals and proactively adapt product direction.

Team & Org Impact

  • Model Senior PM behaviors and expectations across:
  • Critical thinking and execution
  • Data fluency and insight generation
  • Technical depth and system understanding
  • User empathy and evidence‑based decision‑making
  • Mentor and influence other PMs through thought partnership, feedback, and example.
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, clearly articulating trade‑offs, risks, and rationale.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with shown success operating at a Senior PM level.
  • Experience owning strategy and execution for complex platform or SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes across multiple squads or large product areas.
  • Strong technical fluency, including a working understanding of modern web technologies and system architecture.
  • Experience contributing to or shipping AI‑enabled or data‑driven product features.
  • High data literacy, including defining success metrics, running experiments, and tying decisions to business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience working in an environment using AI‑enabled product discovery and delivery practices.
  • Experience building products for enterprise, developer, or technically sophisticated users.
  • Familiarity with digital accessibility standards and conformance workflows.
  • Comfort driving alignment and decision‑making across disciplines without direct authority.

Nice to Have

  • Background in software engineering, QA automation, or data‑oriented roles.
  • Experience building tools that support remediation, compliance, or continuous improvement workflows.
  • Knowledge of evolving digital accessibility regulations and standards.
  • Experience designing for diverse personas and inclusive user experiences.

How This Role Operates at a Senior PM Level

This role is designed for someone who:

  • Drives strategy and execution with minimal guidance
  • Owns outcomes across squads and initiatives
  • Is a go‑to expert for their product domain
  • Uses data, user insight, and technical judgment fluently
  • Raises the performance bar for the broader product team
  • Ships high‑quality products that deliver measurable customer and business impact

Application Process

If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and you are eager to make a significant impact in the field of accessibility, we would love to hear from you! This is a full‑time, salaried position offering a competitive benefits package, including bonus opportunities, generous paid time off, paid holidays, and a range of programs designed to support employee well‑being and work‑life balance. Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
