At Level Access, we’re leading the digital accessibility revolution—helping global enterprises create inclusive, compliant, and exceptional digital experiences. • Provide feedback to Product and Product Marketing as the voice of the customer.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks) and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and discovery skills—you thrive on understanding “why” before showing “how.”
  • Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Bonus: knowledge of WCAG, Section 508, ADA, or other accessibility frameworks.
  • Willing to have some travel - up to 30%
