Position Overview:

The Lead Recruiter will own and execute our full-cycle recruitment strategy—sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talent across diverse roles within our organization. This role will be instrumental in shaping our team and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and culture. You’ll partner directly with department heads and senior leadership to fill mission-critical roles as we continue our aggressive growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and lead the company-wide recruitment strategy aligned with growth plans and hiring forecasts.

  • Build pipelines for high-priority roles across sales, operations, marketing, lending, and leadership.

 

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance.

  • Create structured interview processes and ensure best practices are applied consistently.

Candidate Sourcing & Outreach:

  • Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking to proactively source top talent.

  • Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.

Employer Branding & Marketing:

  • Partner with Marketing to strengthen our employer brand across digital and offline platforms.

  • Represent Leverage Companies at events, career fairs, and talent communities.

Collaboration & Internal Partnerships:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to define roles, write compelling job descriptions, and train teams on interview techniques.

  • Act as a strategic advisor in workforce planning.

Metrics & Reporting:

  • Track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health, etc.) and report insights regularly.

  • Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the hiring process.

Candidate Experience:

  • Champion a high-touch and personalized candidate journey.

  • Ensure timely communication and feedback loops throughout the process.

 

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all recruitment processes are fully compliant with federal and state employment regulations.

  • Maintain documentation and data integrity within the ATS.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within high-growth or entrepreneurial environments.

  • Demonstrated success in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles across multiple departments.

  • Strong command of sourcing tools, ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse), and recruitment analytics.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience scaling recruitment in a startup or high-growth company.

  • Background in real estate, lending, finance, or private equity.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range Starting (based on experience): $65,000 
  • Bonus: 5% of candidate compensation 
  • Healthcare: Offered with generous contribution
